I am so grateful you are here.
Below are some options and opportunities for you to receive guidance, support, accountability and a plan so that you can live with more vibrant energy, health and better hormone balance whether you are in perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause.
I can help you with weight loss and exercise also during this phase of life (40 and over) but with me it is ALWAYS about HEALTH.
Health comes first.

1 x Session (Single Session)
How this works:
- I send you an invoice and once paid we set up a date and time for your sessions (day, evening or weekend)
- I send a short questionnaire through e-mail and you answer and send back to me at least 2 days before our video call
- This helps me know what you have been eating, your lifestyle, work hours & situation, exercise, health and anything else that I need to know to be able to help you.
- Our video call is anywhere from 60-90 minutes and we can work on just 1 thing or you may have up to 3 things you would like guidance and information on.
- The video call is interactive and I am there for you 100%
- You receive notes from our call that outline what we spoke about. (You also take notes to help you remember key points and suggestions & direction that I give you that you can implement right away).
- During the call we create a customized plan for YOU that supports and leads you to the results you desire.
- I e-mail you any handouts, video links and information that will assist you. (About food, prep and planning, exercise, stress reduction, mindset, recipe videos, etc).
- You get a recipe document with TONS of amazing, easy, delicious and nutritious recipes that I feel are best for YOU, work into your life and your lifestyle.
- You have access to me through e-mail, text or FB messenger for 3 weeks (Mon-Fri) to ask me questions.

You may have tried diets and various ways of eating but they didn’t work or you didn’t stick with them.
You don’t know why and you are frustrated and tired of wasting time, energy & money trying to figure this all out.
You don’t want a cookie-cutter program with no support or accountability.
You know you need feedback, direction, focus and accountability and are ready to get started now.
You like the idea of having someone to talk to and text when questions or struggles come up so that you can get the proper help/guidance at that time.
You know that health is more than just what you eat.
You want it to be a lifestyle that includes physical health, mental health and emotional health.
Once you go through this program you WILL know what works for you and how to integrate this into your life so that it is YOUR lifestyle.
You will not have to be confused or conflicted about eating or exercise again. You will have the knowledge and understanding to continue on this healthy path.
During your 6 sessions (over for 6-8 weeks) you will also be implementing tools, techniques and practices to decrease stress, be more focused, feel more at peace and shift into a mindset of self love, acceptance of who you are now and who you are becoming.
How this works:
- I send you out a questionnaire for you to fill out which will help me to know about you, your eating, exercise, stress, lifestyle, etc.
- Once I receive your answers we set up a time for our initial welcome call where we will go over your answers and discuss what your goals are and we discuss the direction that is best for you to start with and what you need to get (groceries, super powders, etc) and where you can get them. this is where I get to know you and
- You will then have a total of 6 more video calls with me where we discuss how your week went, what worked and what didn't, adjust things for you and deal with any questions or mindset issues that have come up. We then plan your focus and direction until our next call.
- Between our calls you have access to me through text, voxer (audio/text free app), email Mon-Fri and a bit on the weekends.
- You get a Webpage (password protected) with all your information on it (videos & handouts) so that you can always refer to this during and after your coaching experience.
- My full recipe data base and recipe PDFs that are all gluten, meat-free & dairy free which include:
- Salads that eat like a meal, dips & spreads, crackers, breads & wraps, nutritious & delicious meals, veggies and stir-fry’s, burgers, etc
- Handouts with info on prepping and planning, how to look and think about your meals, super foods & super powders & their benefits, info on supplements that will help you, journal prompts, mindset exercises and anything else that you need information on.
- Exercise videos if you wish to work on that also. (I am also a personal trainer and yoga instructor)
