Our first call

Will take place before you start the program to find out where you are at now and exactly what you need help with.

We get clear on where you are now. What symptoms you are dealing with, what you desire to work on during the program, what you most require assistance and help with.

You get clear on your WHY and commit to doing this for YOU and YOUR health. 

Food: We will go through the way you are eating now and that way I can see what needs to change and we set up a step-by-step plan designed for YOU and fits into YOUR life that you can begin when you get off the call with me.

Since health consists of – body/mind/soul and bringing your body into better balance naturally requires looking at these.

Stress Reduction: I will show you an easy stress reduction technique that helps decrease the stress and anxiety in the moment and can be easily done each day (a few times).

Mindset:  Your words, thoughts, self-talk and beliefs ARE what keeps you on track, cause you to sabotage, emotional/stress eat, do the on-again off-again, etc so this part is what we also touch on during our calls together.

I can spot the patterns that you are unaware of (we can never see our shit). I share with you a simple way to begin to reframe these and help you shift into a mindset that keeps you on track, motivated and taking action each day.

Our Second Call

This call will take place the 2nd week to check in and see how things are going. 

I will answer any of your questions and I give you feedback on the food. You will be learning what is the right foods for you and right way of eating for you now (during the phase you are in). You more aware of what works for your body. I help you make any adjustments that may need to be made.

We discuss stress reduction and if you require other tools or techniques to help. 
We also discuss your mindset and what still needs to shift and I give you guidance on that.

Our 3rd Call

This call takes place at the end of 3 weeks.

We clarify any questions you have on the food, stress reduction and mindset.

We look at the results you have received and celebrate you!

We both design a plan for you to continue to follow that works best for you and your life. 

Each woman is different and these calls give you the clarity and awareness and you can then make the changes (with my guidance).

You should now KNOW the way of eating that works BEST for you and have integrated it into your life as well as practices and tools that better balance your hormones and body!

How does the “Where to Start” program work?

The program information is contained on webpages (password protected) that you will always have access to (even after program) and you will receive all the information through e-mails within a 3 week period. All handouts will be e-mailed to you as well as being up on the webpages for you to download at any time.

  • Where to start: What to eat and drink (with recipes) in the mornings to start your day the healthy way.
  • Stocking your cupboards, fridge, freezer and pantry – what to have in the house to make meals fast and easy
  • Recipes for delicious, high-nutrient dense foods to bring into your day.
    • Recipes include foods that decrease inflammation, boost your energy, assist your body in releasing weight and help balance your blood sugar levels and hormones.
  • Handout on how to think about meals, because you will be eating a bit differently. (This can benefit you and your family)
  • Videos on how to make delicious power packed smoothies.
  • Video recipes for some of the recipes in your package so you see how easy they are to make
  • Video on some of the healthy specialty items you may be unfamiliar with.
  • Video recipes for making healthy breakfasts.
  • Live Video call with me 1-2 days before this week begins.

Week #2:

  • More recipes – including recipes for some amazing dips, sauces & snacks (gluten & dairy free) that you will LOVE!
  • Tip sheet for how to put meals together with what is in your fridge
  • Delicious, nutritious and easy recipes for the foods that help boost energy, stop the weight gain, decrease inflammation, balance blood sugar levels and feed and fuel your hormones the nutrients they require.
  • Video training on how to best prepare and store your veggies and fresh greens
  • Video training – how to prep and plan so you can eat healthy all week
  • Video training – simple stress reduction practices, tools and techniques that can be done each day and don't take long
  • Live Video call with me (a time that works for both of us)

Week #3:

  • This week you have an idea what works and what doesn't and I will assist you in working though what needs to be shifted, etc.
  • Live video call with me (a time and day that works best for us). During our call we will make sure you have an action plan and clarity on moving forward and keeping on track. (You can also continue working with me)
