WHY do you gain so much weight in midlife & why is it so hard to lose?

There are a lot of reasons for sure and every single woman is different. But there ARE some main ones that most all women in midlife deal with that cause the weight gain and there are for sure reasons why you find it so hard to lose.

There are things you can do. You DO NOT have to continue to gain weight. You CAN lose it.

I did – I got down to a weight I was in my 20’s when I was going through perimenopause. Most women gain at least 10-12 pounds.

The thing is – if you DO NOT GET YOUR EATING RIGHT during this phase of life – you will CONTINUE to gain the weight.

You will continue to find it almost impossible to lose the weight. That is just a fact.
