This is such a vicious and frustrating cycle isn’t it?

This pattern can continue to repeat, over and over again and emotional eating and eating when stressed can be a part of it.

You may have come to a place where you don’t trust yourself anymore. You don’t trust yourself to actually follow through with any changes or suggestions.

No matter how many times you say you are going to stop this or “this time it is going to be different” – it isn’t.

The thing is – you cannot do it on your own. If you could, you would have done it already.

On your own it is really hard to see the patterns that are running over and over again in your life. It is something that is just part of you.

My Journey

Before I went through the midlife phase, I had been reading self-development for about 20 years. The problem was, I absorbed the information but didn’t take the necessary action.

I was fit and in great shape. I loved my life and I could handle any kind of stress that came my way. I really did feel powerful.

When I began the midlife change my body started breaking down, physically and emotionally. I ended up in adrenal fatigue and experienced anxiety for the first time. I knew it was now time to work on the “inner” me.

I needed to change what I ate and learn how to cope and handle the stress, anxiety, the roller coaster of emotions, resistance and sabotage that started to set in.

I dedicated a lot of my time to learning about hormonal changes and how they affected my body, energy, health, stress & emotions.

I learned and IMPLEMENTED many practices and mindset shifts that really helped me. I then used them with my clients. 

I cannot imagine going through the midlife phase without knowing what I have learned and what I share with my clients.

When you are in a state of stress your body cannot properly heal, rejuvenate, repair and recover. It will not come into balance and therefore you will continue to feel the dis-ease in your physical and emotional body.

Awareness is needed to begin to shift, release what has been causing you the stress, resistance and sabotage and finally move you forward.

You will be amazed at how fast things can shift when you no longer have the patterns that kept you in that loop of struggle and frustration.

I will be doing 3 live video trainings each week that will have a specific topic/focus and lots of time for Q&A.

All handouts and any audios will be e-mailed to you so that you can download and save them to your computer so you will always have them.

The live videos will take place in the Facebook Group and will be saved in that group so you can watch them at any time. You will always have access to this group and the content.
