Midlife weight gain. Do you have it?
Ohhh…it can be brutal! I know, I have been there.
I was in my mid 40’s, I was a personal trainer & yoga instructor. I ate healthy, at least I thought I ate really well.
The thing is, I was eating like I did in my 30’s and well, I know now that that doesn’t work. I was eating things that now put on weight, even if they didn’t when I was in my 20’s and 30’s.
I had to make a change. I did and I got down to a weight I was in my 20’s! At a time when women are putting on weight, when they can’t lose it. So yes, I know it is possible!
The way I chose to eat which allowed me to lose the weight may not be something you wish to do. But for me it worked. The thing is, if you want something you change, you have to make some changes.
