This is a personal post. I have wanted to really connect with you to let you know that I am here and if you have noticed that I have changed a lot in the last little while then you are right. The video explains it better as I am not much of a writer.
For those that have been following me for a while I wanted to THANK YOU so much for opening the e-mails, reading them and watching my videos. For those that have attended my Webinars, come to my workshops and talks – I am so grateful. Thanks to all the amazing women I have had in my programs.
I want to get back to serving you and what you really need and want with more connection and being really well…..”ME”. instead of trying to be someone else.
As I said in the video, I when I began to do this business as my living things changed (of course) and some for the better and maybe somethings not for the better.
I have worked with many coaches, which has actually confused me. I kind of lost myself, my voice and how I want to connect with you.
I became concerned about my writing. “Was I saying the right thing?” I tried to figure out what you wanted and how I could give you content and programs that would help you. I am doing everything in my business and that is a lot and I found that I was leaving my newsletter until late at nights and then I was so tired and maybe my content reflected that.
I want to get back to getting to know you better and how I can help you.
A way that came to my mind is to get on the phone (or skype) with you and see how I can help.
What are your challenges? This could be strictly with foods and/or living a healthier lifestyle. The food part is really important as I know how food directly affects your energy, moods and health.
If you are not feeling good (you know something is off) and you desire to feel better but you are not sure what is going wrong or if it is what and how you are eating – then contact me and we can set up a time for the call.
If you are going through perimenopause/menopause and feel really off – bloating, weight gain, digestive issues, feeling really tired and are not sure how to feel better – that is something we can talk about.
Or maybe you know you need to clean up your eating and want to get rid of the gluten and dairy but don't know where to start – that I can help with also.
Every woman is different and what worked for someone else, may not work for you. Find out what does.
Do not be afraid to reach out and ask for help. I have to do that a lot for my business too as there are many things to learn.

FAST, SIMPLE, HEALTHY SALAD DRESSING
In the video I show you my trick for making this so fast and easy.
Salad Dressing Recipe
- 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp tahini
- 1 3/4 Tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- salt & pepper to taste
Add ingredients to a small spice jar (or another jar), add lid and shake well. Taste and adjust to taste.
