The symptoms of Perimenopause and Menopause. What are they and how do you know you are in perimenopause or menopause?
I started perimenopause really young. I was only 43. I had no idea what was going on with me.
I didn't feel good. I was exhausted and had bad digestive problems. Those were just a few things. As time passed I felt worse and experienced so many strange symptoms.
At times I thought I was going CRAZY!
The doctor said I was too young, I thought I was too young. I didn't know what to do but had to do something.
In the video below I talk about some of the crazy symptoms I was experiencing and a bit about the things I tried.
How about you? Can you relate to any of these?
Weight gain – especially around the middle.
The growing MUFFIN TOP ….

This helped me so much (as I tell you in the video) when I was going through this.
