Where to start when you gain weight, tired, bloated and blah…

As I am writing this I am in Bali and it is the end of November. It is so hot and humid here. A bit too hot for me.

I have realized that I for sure have changed and that living in a place that is this hot all the time (even late at night) is not really my place anymore. 

It is beautiful here but I miss so many things on Vancouver Island. It is so hot here that I basically stay in for the whole afternoon. There are no walk in the woods or in the trees or on trails. I miss that.

But it is really cool to know and to really appreciate Canada. And it is close to Christmas! It does not feel like it at all!

I was in Starbucks and that is the only place I have heard any kind of Holiday songs. Which makes sense of course.

I am missing the decorations, the lights and the songs!! That is really it and of course getting together with family and friends.

I did a fantastic video on Facebook the other day and I wanted to share it with you.

I was thinking about the women who have gained the weight, feeling bloated, heavy, tired and not sure what to do or how they will fit any kind of exercise or making healthy foods into their day.

So I talk about what I suggest – where to start. How to keep it simple and what to focus on first.

I know it can seem overwhelming when starting something and when our life is crazy.

But take it one step at a time. And also, know there is ALWAYS help for you and you are not alone.
