I hear this from a lot of clients. They do not get a good nights sleep.
Insomnia is a symptom in perimenopause that many women suffer from.
I was very lucky not to have much of a problem with this. Some nights I don’t sleep that well but mostly, I sleep great!
So what can you do if you have problem sleeping?
There are things you can do and it is not just about taking a pill or supplement.
