Salads can be so boring!!! Is that what you think?

How to make a salad that is filling, delicious and nutritious! It is all what you add and I show you how to easily make a salad that eats like a meal.

If you have been to a restaurant and ordered a salad you might have gotten a plate full of lettuce, a couple slices of cucumber and maybe a tomato slice (that isn't ripe). 

I know….


I can see why some people cannot even imagine having a salad as a meal!


Well, it can be a meal.


It is all about what you put in it.

In the video above I show you how you an enjoy a salad as a complete meal.

Eating more raw foods is really important because those are the foods that have all the live enzymes as well as vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, essential fatty acids, amino acids (building blocks to protein),  phytonutrients, antioxidants, etc.

Those are the foods you need to “fuel” and “feed” your body!


But salads DO NOT have to be boring!

You can also add cooked things to your salad and I talk a bit about that in the video also.

So watch the video, get a ton of ideas and start including 1 large salad into your day – what a difference that will make!!!

Knowing you are really “feeding” and “fuelling” every cell in your body.

If you are still hungry and feel like you need more – try having this one the side:

  • sauteed veggies topped with coconut oil, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast
  • rice cake with avocado, tomato, salt, pepper, sprouts
  • rice cake or flax cracker with tahini, peanut butter or almond butter on it
  • boiled egg
