I have a couple videos that are about so much more than “just the weight loss”.

Because it is never that simple.

It is never just about that.

Who has time to figure things out – what to eat, what not to eat, what to do, how to exercise??

You stick with something, then you stop.

You are focused on how bad you feel or how much weight you have gained.

That frustrates and stresses you out.

You know that is not good – because you won’t release the fat when you are stressed, but you can’t get your mind off of what you are not happy with!!
