How I Eat in Post Menopause

How I eat now, in Post Menopause to keep the weight off

NOTE: Skip ahead to about 3:55 in the video where I begin talking about the subject.

In the last video I did, I talked about – “How I ate during Perimenopause to lose the weight”.

In this video I am talking about – “How I eat now in post menopause to maintain my weight”.

Thing to know is…. YES my hormones are now better balanced and I do not gain weight easily anymore

BUTthat is also because I DID MAKE CHANGES during perimenopause.

That is the CRUCIAL thing to do.

When you do make the RIGHT changes in what you eat, decreasing stress, exercising differently and a change in  lifestyle while you are going through the Perimenpause phase (where the major hormonal changes are happening) – then the Menopause and Post Menopause stages are SO MUCH EASIER!!

You do then come into better balance and most of the symptoms go away.

Emotionally and physically you feel WAY better AND the weight more easily comes off and it is easier to keep it off.

You can begin to eat some of the healthy foods that caused weight gain in Perimenopause.

That is why I am so passionate about helping women through this phase of life and beyond. 

If you are in Menopause or Post Menopause and still have weight gain and symptoms – then it is NOT too late to start changing things.

In fact it is the PERFECT TIME. It WILL help you and you will begin to lose the excess weight.
