What can you do when you feel overwhelmed and stressed?

I remember a time in my life when I was consistently feeling overwhelmed and stressed.

When I was going through the hormonal ups and downs of perimenopause and I was suffering from feeling overwhelm, stress and even anxiety. I had never experienced anxiety before.

The good thing that came out of this was that it helped me learn to cope with these feelings.  

I know a lot of women go through these emotions too.
