Eating that causes fatigue & weight gain during midlife

In this really informative video I cover a main points (as well as many other things):

(1) The first part I talk about how when you start eating healthy and give up a lot of the foods you once ate – you can actually feel so much worse.

Why? That is what I talk about and it has to do with detoxing and withdrawal symptoms. YES – food is very addictive.

(2) I also talk about the foods (even healthy foods) that NOW in midlife will cause weight gain and fatigue.

When women reach out to me to inquire about my programs and/or coaching and even if they “think” they are eating healthy, in 99.9% of the cases once I talk to them – they are not eating “RIGHT” for this midlife phase even if many of the foods they ate are considered “healthy foods”.

Your body is different. It has and is changing. 

What used to work, doesn't work anymore. That is just a fact.

End the confusion, frustration, wasted time and money trying to figure it all out yourself or following diets or ways of eating that are not specific for women in midlife and beyond.
