I know, the title is not something I would usually publish. BUT……..
I was requested, by a lady who is part of my Facebook Community (Women Creating Healthy Lives).
I actually love the topic of why women gain weight in perimenopause because it is quite complex and it involves things that most women are unaware of.
Have you experienced this? If you have, you know the frustration. You know how “what used to work, doesn't work anymore”. It is confusing and there is also so much conflicting information out there along with various diets that “promise results”.
But….women 45 and over are going through some pretty big changes.
Physically, emotionally and yes – spiritually!
So even if you have watched a similar video of mine, it is always good to hear things again and we often hear things we missed the first time. Also – all my videos are different.
Feel free to pass this along to someone you may know who is struggling with this and may benefit. So many women do not talk about it, or don't know who to talk to.
Even though you may feel frustrated about this and confused about what you can do, there are a LOT of things you CAN DO.
I went through it, I found out what worked for me. I got down to a weight I was in my 20's!! When I was 47!
That is just UNHEARD OF!!
It is about finding what works for YOU, specifically. As each woman is different.

It isn't hard. In fact, most of them say “I cannot believe how easy this is”.
Once you “get it”, you “get it”.
Little consistent shifts and changes in what you eat,
drink, think and do = SUCCESS!
