How I ate to lose weight in perimenopause

Perimenopause is the phase of the midlife change where your hormones are fluctuating a lot. 

This is when you usually have the most symptoms and you do not even really feel like yourself.

This is also the phase where the weight gain starts!

You can be eating and exercising the same way that you did in your 20’s, 30’s and even early 40’s but now…..

those things are not working anymore!

It is a very confusing time.

I know for me, I really had no idea what was happening!

But I set out on a mission to find how I could lose weight and really begin to feel great again.
