Why is it so hard to lose weight in midlife?

Yes, this phase of life is when “what used to work, doesn't work anymore”.

I know, I have been there. 

In this video I talk about the reasons why you gain weight during this phase and why it is so hard to lose it.

But…. it is not impossible. I did it and I have been able to keep it off.

It can seem overwhelming when you hear all the things that are going on during this phase of life.

Don't let that overwhelm you because it doesn't happen overnight and it isn't usually all at once.

There are so many things you can do.

Yes, it is about the food – but also stress, emotions, hormones, adrenals, muscle, etc….

So it is really important to learn what things you can start now to balance and get things under control.

Feeling better does not take long when you know where to start and what to do.

That is what I can help you with.
