The “Food” part is easy. This is what is harder for women…

When it comes to losing weight and having more energy in midlife – during menopause and beyond… the “food” is for sure something that you need to get straightened out, but what I find is that after all these years women who have been in my programs all come to realize that the “food” is actually the easy part.

So why is it still so hard for women to lose weight and have more energy in midlife?
