What is the right exercise to do in midlife?
This is a very popular question that I get.
I have worked as a personal trainer at a smaller one-on-one training studio. It was an amazing experienced and I went through extensive training even once I was hired. It was an amazing experience.
I do not really talk about it too much. Because there are so many layers to it and each woman is very, very different.
Also it really depends on what phase of this midlife change you are in and many other factors.
