Do I still need to worry about what I eat in post menopause?

Do I still have to worry about what I eat in post-menopause?

Do I still gain weight and have any symptoms?

I get asked these questions a lot and I can see why?

When you are going through the midlife change it can feel like it is never going to end.

When I was going through it I didn't even know what was going on so I thought – wow!

What if this is the way it is always going to be?
What if things get worse?

In the video above, I talk about my experience a bit and also what it is like NOW, for me, being post menopause. I finished menopause at the age of 48 (very young).

Why I also experience the way I feel now and keeping my weight is because of the changes I made while I was in perimenopause – that is the key and that makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE.

So if you are just “waiting” for things to get better but not making any changes….well….

I am afraid that things are not going to magically get better.

They probably won't even stay the same.

They will probably just get worse.

The time to make changes is NOW.

No matter where you are in this midlife journey.

No matter if you are just starting, in the middle or finished.

If you have not yet made changes in how you eat, how you manage stress and how you “live” your life – then what are you waiting for?

Wishing you,

Health & Happiness!

With Love,

Diana
