Super Green Chocolate Drink
1/2 Cup almond milk
1/2 Cup water
1 Tbsp my super powder blend (use less if you are just starting out)
(includes Baobab, wheatgrass, Chlorella)
1/2 Tbsp ground pumpkin seeds & chia seeds (total combined once ground) – optional
1/8 tsp natural sweetener (I used a blend of stevia & monk fruit) – I show in video
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder (this is raw chocolate powder, like cocoa) – I explain in video
- Add ingredients to a blender and blend.
- If you don't have a blender you can use a jar or a shaker cup (that has a metal ball in it to blend ingredients) but a blender is better.
I like adding a cube of ice to it before I drink it but you don't have to.
NOTE: This can store in your fridge for a couple days. Just shake well before drinking.
You CAN use other super powders. You can use just a simple green powder blend like I spoke about in the video. I suggest going to a health food store and asking them for a good green powder blend.
You can also heat this drink up. I suggest blending it first, then adding to a sauce pan, adding about 1 Tbsp coconut oil and warm it up.
Do not heat at a high temperature because this will kill some of the minerals and vitamins that are in the super powders.
