Ready for a great REMINDER and a good dose of awareness?

I have been here  in Bali since the beginning of July and one thing I didn't really think of is how much smoking there might be all around me.

It is a very common thing here.

(NOTE: I am not lumping all Europeans together, I know there are many Canadians, etc that smoke also. I am just talking about my experience here)

Not only with the locals but with the European tourists (and some Auzzies too).

Since the restaurants and most coffee shops are all open to the outside, smoking is kind of everywhere.

This morning I was sitting at one a coffee shop/cafe on the beach enjoying my coffee, journaling and getting ready to do a live training in one of my 21 Day Programs and 3 Europeans sad down close to me and all lit up!

Wow it was pretty intense.

Now I know I cannot change that or what they do. But it really made me think.

It made me think of how much awareness I have and have gained over the years about health and wellness.

There is so much information out there and maybe even too much!

Yet there are people who still smoke, eat all the wrong foods (as in very unhealthy foods consistently) and seem to have no awareness or do not choose to think about what this can do to their “health” and “LIFE”!

In the video above that is exactly what I talk about. 
(Excuse the rant at the beginning about the smokers – It doesn't last too long).

I am grateful for the fact that I choose to take good care of my health (body / mind / spirit) and it is a message that I have been spreading and talking about for years!

I am so passionate about it!

So if you need a good “REMINDER” of how important health is and how it is, of course and ultimately, your choice to choose health for yourself (instead of illness and disease) then for sure watch the video!
