Adrenal Fatigue – what is it & what can you do?

Adrenal Fatigue

Adrenal fatigue is very serious if it is not treated.

I had it extremely bad when I was in my mid 40's.

If you are feeling tired, even exhausted, lack of motivation, over-emotional or really stressed…

You may be at the stage of feeling apathetic. Not caring at all. No inspiration or motivation (this is when it is really bad).

You want to stay in bed all day. It is really hard to get out of bed in the morning. You may have more energy at nice.

It is very common to have it during perimenopause. There is a reason for this too.

Below I posted 2 videos I did on this topic. Watch the videos below even if you are not sure if you are experiencing this.

Because this much continued stress (which is what it is caused from), causes:

  • Weight gain
  • Inability to lose weight
  • Decrease immune system
  • Inflammation in the body
  • Depression & anxiety
  • Digestive problems
  • Blunts hormone production (or symptoms get really bad)
  • Ages you more quickly
  • Always leads to illness and disease (it breaks down your body, bit by bit)

To me “stress” is something that NEEDS to get handled NOW. Even if you are eating healthy, if you are continually stressed – nothing else will really work for you.

Adrenal Fatigue – what it is, the symptoms & what to do about it

Adrenal fatigue and Menopause weight gain

What do you think now after watching the videos?

Pretty amazing isn't it.

Over the last few years it has seemed like women are getting busier and busier and more stressed all the time.

This is NOT good.

NO wonder we have so much obesity, anxiety, depression and sadness in the world.

It can make you feel helpless and hopeless if you don't know what is going on.

That is why I am so passionate about helping women decrease their stress.

I have decided to – for the 1st time – do a specific program to help women to decrease their stress.

Tools, techniques and practices that I have used and use with my clients.

This is a BIG part of my work and so, very crucial.

More info coming soon!

Wishing you,

Health & Happiness!

Much Love,

Diana
