The 5 “B's” To Living a Life You Love

BE GRATEFUL

Be grateful for what you already have.

Your amazing body and all the things that it can do.

Be grateful for all the things it has to put up with from you and it still functions each and every day.

Be grateful for the signs (symptoms) that it gives you because it is trying to alarm you that something isn't right.

These symptoms are warning signs and are designed to keep you safe and healthy.

PAY ATTENTION TO THEM.

WHAT IS YOUR BODY TRYING TO TELL YOU?

Affirmation:

“I am so very grateful for my intelligent body that performs all the functions that keep me alive and functioning each and every day.

I am thankful for the warning signs it gives me so that I can make the changes that are needed.”

BE EXCITED

Be excited about life and this journey you are on.  The ever changing body and life.

What it allows you to experience and to learn. Feel how powerful that is!

Affirmation:

“I am so excited about life and all the growth and learning that I get to experience each and every day.”

BE POSITIVE

Choose to have a positive attitude and outlook about everything that happens to you.

FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT – continually.

Happiness is a choice. Each day wake up and choose to have a positive outlook. Choose each moment to be happy and excited about the life you are creating.

Affirmation:

“I am so happy and grateful that each day I am creating the health and life that I love!”

BE OPTIMISTIC

Expect the positive change you desire.

When your thoughts start going to the negative and doubt, flip them quickly to what you want and what you want to create and become your reality.

Affirmation:

“Each day I am getting closer and closer to (put your desire in here) and I am so happy and grateful.”

BE HOPEFUL

Have faith. 

Believe it.

Even when you do not see or feel the results.

Even if you feel worse than you did before (maybe your body is detoxing nad/or healing).

Have faith that you are doing the right things and that your body is also doing what it must.

All is well and positive changes are happening.

Affirmation:

“I have complete faith in my body that when I give it the right, healthy, nutritious “food” and think positive thoughts – positive things are happening within.”

AND LASTLY….

NEVER, EVER, GIVE UP!

STOP beating yourself up. Stop feeling guilty when you slip up.

Get back up, brush yourself off and make healthier choices in the future.

YOU ARE WORTH IT!
