You body has changed and it is still changing.

You may not even recognize it anymore. You certainly don’t like the way you feel.

How

does this

program

work?

  • The pre-work will begin in the private Facebook Group on Thursday, April 18 with a LIVE video & Q&A with me
  • The program materials will be in the private FB Group as well as a web page for each of the 3 weeks. You will be sent the link to Week #1 when it starts, Week #2 when it starts, etc. You will ALWAYS have access to these web pages. (I have not done this before so it is an ADDED bonus to this program.
  • The actual program (21 day count) will begin on Monday, April 21 (yes Easter Monday, but it is OK, that is NOT an excuse to not sign-up. April 21 is only Day 1. It doesn’t matter what you eat that weekend.)
  • The Facebook Community (Group) is a safe, supportive, positive and amazing group with women who are going through much the same as you are.
  • The 21 Days will begin on Monday, April 21, 2019.
  • You will receive all the recipes you will need for the 21 days and beyond.
  • There will be doing LIVE Coaching videos and Q&A sessions in the Facebook Group each week (2 a week) on specific topics that will guide you in this process. I will take time to answer any questions you have.
  • The program covers what is best for the woman within the group. None of my programs are exactly the same as I really do cater to the specific women in each group.
  • The handouts and recipes will be sent to you through e-mail as well as information on the upcoming trainings and Q&A sessions with me.

An outline for the 3 weeks of the program.

(NOTE: Each program is unique and I do cater the material to who is in the group and what information they require and request.)

Week #1

  • Assessment:  Where are you now physically and emotionally? What symptoms are you experiences and their possible causes. Your goals and intentions for the program and how you desire to look, feel and be.
  • How to start your day the healthy way. – What to eat and drink 1st thing in the morning for energy, clarity and focus and weight loss
  • Stocking your pantry, fridge and cupboards: What to add (Foods that increase energy, decrease inflammation & help the body release weight) and what to begin taking away (Foods that decrease energy, increase inflammation & cause weight gain).
  • Begin to develop and get clarity on your “vision”, intentions and your goals.

Week #2

  • Meals: How to think about meals (which is different than how you have been taught).
  • How to prep your food so that it is easier to eat healthy throughout the week.
  • Making fast and easy dishes.
  • How to know what foods are best for you. How to tune into your body.
  • STRESS: How stress affects your health, energy, weight and moods.

Week #3

  • Busting through the excuses and stories you tell yourself that keep you stuck and not getting results.
  • Getting clear on the words, thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back.
  • How to work through  resistance and procrastination. 
  • Clarity and awareness around  emotional eating and eating when stressed and how to stop it.
