  • What patterns, stories, excuses hold you back and have held you back?
  • What have you been repeating over and over again in your life?
  • What is not working for you?
  • What do you wish to change?
  • What pattern are you living in now?
  • How is that serving you?
  • How has it affected your life?
  • Do you choose to continue they cycle and pattern?

  • What is right for YOU and fits into YOUR life?

  • Knowing what are the right actions for you to take and actually HOW to begin to take these actions in a way that feels GOOD to you.
  • From the new awareness you have gained, you will KNOW what actions to take.
  • You will learn how powerful it is to decide the actions that BEST fit YOU and YOUR life.
  • You will feel and BE EMPOWERED and take action from that EMPOWERED PLACE

The Program:

The program takes place in a private FB Group/Community of women.

The recipes and handouts are also e-mailed to you as well as posted in the group. You will always have access to this information.

(The FB Group is always there for you to refer back to and watch the trainings and download the handouts).

Support, accountability, guidance and yes FUN!

This is a SAFE place for you to be truly YOU and express what you are dealing with and ask questions.

The program material will be posted in the private FB group as well as e-mailed to you.

There will be 2 LIVE coaching videos a week (in the FB Group)

(You can attend live to ask me questions and interact. The videos are always saved and there for you to watch at any time)


1 AUDIO training each week

(usually sent on the weekend)


I am in the FB Group each and every day answering your questions, guiding you and supporting you all the way.

You get Recipes for the 3 weeks (if you don’t have my recipes yet).

Guidance and help with food and exercise if you need help with that also.
